The Dives
First images are taken from the flight from Jo'Burg (SA) to Vilanculos
(Moz).
Then the very nice hôtel in Vilanculos.
And on the next day, the 48h trip to Bassas.
Bassas is a coral ring in the middle of the Mozambique channel, 500km
away from either coast (Africa or Madagascar).
At low tide, you can stand on the reef, but at high tide, it's been a
deadly reef for centuries for boats.
Lot of wind, and some days, up to 4m waves.
